Want to test what temps and performance it is giving and check for issues. So I need two things:

The right software to test those benchmarks and

A game that I can test it one. A demanding one perhaps which can really push the system. Prefferably one that is also available for free or sale on steam so I can get it cheap

Suggestions welcome on both

Start with:
Since they are free.

Buy 3D Mark on sale. There is a demo but i dunno what you can benchmark probably it's very limited. Memtest86 is great way to test your memory.

And RPCS3 with demanding game can bring your CPU to it's knees and test it's stability but also ram. Building cache 100% CPU usage

CPU/RAM and all-around stability: OCCT, Memtest86 for a full true test without active PC.
GPU: There's lots of benchmarks, but I just use games to compare to others. Do not run crazy shit like Furmark that cooks your GPU.
GPU Overclocking/Fans/Overlay etc...: MSI Afterburner
Temp checks: HWInfo64
RAM latency: AIDA64
CPU-Z and GPU-Z to quick check if parts are working as they should.

MSI Afterburner is my main tool. It's so disappointing MSI fucked over the Russian guy who made it.
