Serious How to catch up post LDARing?

I literally LDAR'd from 2016 to ~2022ish and even after I stopped LDARing I didn't bloom and I am barely becoming functional.
I didn't even use the internet a lot and when I tried to chitchat with what remained of my pre-2016 friends they were like "Woah dude, you're still stuck in 2016" then they lolcowed me to their GFs and ghosted me (remove&block).
I still can't play anything post 2016, or listen to any music or anything after that period. I can't relate to present time and I feel like I am 5 civilizations behind in an RTS game compared to normies now.
How to catch up? Should I download socializable video games and cold approach normies and try adding them? kek

my life consisted of LDARing, having my parents drag me out of bed, getting taken to psychiatrists, and eating junk food. I was quite fit but after being given those medications I balloned and picked up weight that I haven't been able to lose since.
