I tried to rejoin, but its not working, does anybody know how the reddit ban evasion system works?

You can try using a VPN or a different network like a public wifi near you. Clear your cookies or use incognito. Save yourself the hassle and just get off that site for good tho

Theres really no point, because the moment you keep it real you will be banned. I've had 1 account banned and my current one has been banned from like 10 different subrreddits already.
