the apartment was from this estate company
they send a foid and she was like this apartment fucked up but if you renovate it, you can have it
it had like no paper on walls and shit

they gave us 3 weeks to renovate it and some vouchers
so for the 3 weeks, we didnt have to pay rent but could stay there
