What are u freaked out about? FBIcels and other intelligence agencies already have all the information they can ever need about you. Likely, they already had that way before you even came here. If they ever so desire they can ruin your life at any given opportunity. If you are talking about some fat fucks trying to steal our Data I guess just use Linux/Vpns/Tor/Etc... Or trust in this site security.

You're only as safe online as you keep yourself.
Use a VPN and Tor. Sign up for everything using burner emails with no link to your real identity and for which you signed up over VPN and Tor and/or on a public network somewhere crowded. Never give out personal information, never save incriminating things. Your password should be totally random, not used for anything else, and have no personal information in it (no birthdate, etc).

If your email gets deleted after you register then your account might get hijacked, they just register your email again and use the reset password.
Tor is fine for everything except maybe gaming and video chatting, and some sites try to block known tor exit nodes. I'm on it now, it works great on this site, and I can use (((youtube))) and other stuff without a problem. If it's slow for you it's probably because of a particularly slow or busy node, hit ctrl+shift+L to get a new circuit for the site you're on which might be faster.
Changed my password, changed my email, made another backup email for the new email. Now setting up the 2 step verification. I should be fine.
I don't use any kind of security here lol
