I tried to improve myself until 26 now at 28 im slowly becoming obese. Im not landwhale level obese but still im a bit obese und could lose some weight but i just don't have the motivation or energy to exercise regularly these days. Healthwise im good besides being obese, i rarely get sick and can't complain much.

Fucked. Alcoholiccel that is slowly dying of chronic pancreatitus, plus I'm overweight due to the many meds I have to take.

I wrecked myself from alot of stupid drug abuse when i was a teenager

:feelsrope: I haven't had day without constant pain for over 4 years

How do you cope? I've been in constant pain for 12 years without seeking any medical attention. I just cope with over the counter (non-opiate) pain medication. My lower back (not my only problem) is an alarm clock because after a certain amount of time laying in bed I can no longer bear the pain and must get up.

I've gotten so used to pain that it must have permanently desensitised by pain neural network. I think if a normie suddenly got hit with this amount of pain they'd go straight to the hospital.

I don't really cope well at all, only thing really is fear of death and tobacco.

I guess I'm healthy. I don't eat very much junk food, I don't have any health problems, and I walk a lot. However, I'm also very skinny and weak, so I'm going to have to start lifting more. also, I'm 19

Interesting. A couple of years ago I was so pissed off with the pain that I decided to try nicotine. I've never smoked. I actually bought the nicotine gum. It doesn't stop the pain but it gives a noticeable lift and I think it helps.

Extremely healthy. I am One of, if not the healthiest person I know.

Running is not a Chad discipline. Except for sprinters, runners are skinny.

I was down to 7 % bodyfat when I used to run a lot and I looked terrible.

I had to start working out to look normal and not like a skeleton.

Lots of arthritis problems at 6’5. Labral shoulder tear, muscle hernia and FAI impingement. I wouldn’t even survive the amount of surgeries to fix every joint in my body. 100% srs

I rely on tensor wraps and sometimes drinking vodka to deal with the pain.
The only thing I’m optimistic about is the potential for NEETbux once my problems get out of hand.

Edit: and obviously aspergers like my username implies

Can relate. But alcohol is not going to help you in the long run.

I've been dealing with the pain for 12 years and can honestly say that if you just let the pain do its thing, it forces your brain to adapt to it. The pain is still there but it actually fuses with your identity so you accept it rather than fight it. fighting the pain is the worst because you can't actually fight it which makes you feel psychological pain too.

Idk, not very since I feel like shit everyday.
