We've evolved to find healthy people more attractive, and unhealthiness as very unattractive.

Guess this is one other aspect of my life that makes me a truecel.

I'm just 25 and I'm the unhealthiest person I know that's not disabled.
 
I am healthy in general, some minor problems here and there. What are your health problems OP ?
 
Pretty healthy and fit but can do better, can run 2 miles in 16 minutes
 
Im trying to get healthy, started a few weeks ago going to gym daily for a hour or 2. Not really much in attempt to ascend but I feel like shit physically daily but its slowly getting better,
 
I am in the prime of my life ever since I started JapanMAXXING.

Meh, my body hasn't started deteriorating yet but I could definitely do ALOT better.
 
Physically very unhealthy.
The list of things affected is long:
Eyes
Respiratory system
Jaw
Back
Sleep
Skin
Intestines
Maybe lung or heart (It hurts but didn't see the doc yet)

Well, I was an alcoholic for 2 years, and I sometimes drank up to 2 bottles of vodka a day. I landed in the hospital twice, couldn't remember how I got there either time.

From my alcoholism, I ruined my heart (though one time I took 20 caffeine pills when I was stupid drunk, so that time damaged me the most I think). Now even the slightest effort has my heart beating at like 200 bpm. My pancreas is fucked too. I suspect I have some early form of diabetes on top of my pancreatitis.

Other than that, I never exercise and I eat very poorly (mostly sweets). I'm fat too so that doesn't help. I have acne, lately even on my actual head, in what remains of my hair, very annoying.

My eyesight is also fucked so there's that.

And my back hurts even just from sitting in a chair all day so that can't be good.

Ohh and I have in-grown toenails, even though I had surgery for that a few times.

And I broke 2 font of my teeth when I was an alcoholic, they were fixed but there's still signs they were broken. Ohh and I have like 6 teeth with shitty crowns put in them, so I go to the dentist often.
 
I'm quite healthy but I do a lot for it. Go to the gym on a regular basis, ride the bike a lot and realy enjoy cooking healthy food. But it feels very wasted because I'm still a subhuman and will probably kill myself before becoming 25 so I won't enjoy a healthy retirement.
 
I don't know, honestly. I used to be quite healthy, but now I rot too much and my spine is beginning to hurt. I keep telling myself that I should start exercising, but rotting is easier.
 
I would rate my health level 9/10, didn't help me to find a GF...

You should at least try something and visit a doctor (for the heart part and diabetes) and loose some weight , you may say it's pointless and i agree , but a slow death is worst than rope.

How bad are your eyes and how do you cope with this / what copes do you use? Sounds like me minus the alc tbh.

Man, that doesn't sound good. The more you delay paying attention to these problems, the harder it will be for you in the future. Exercising and quitting sugar should be doable.
 
Im pretty unheathy, I mostly sit on my computer for 13 hours ( when i dont go to school )a day and never excerice. I have a BMI of 26 and get out of breath really easily. I eat alot of junk food aswell.
 
I'm skinny and don't have any major health problems, but I am out-of-shape because I haven't done much physical exercise since high school. Should jogmaxx tbh.
 
Good health and being semi fit are some of the few things that keep me going. God bless the cheap gym two blocks down from my house.

I eat healthy and I am not overweight. My habits are healthy but my body isn't.
 
I am in good shape physically but mentally drained
 
I'm mega gymmaxxing.. not right now though because I got a bad case of the flu. Sad thing is that I look better than women most of the time and probably have guys questioning their sexuality over my frame. Roasties tend to get mad when I look better than them and I steal the spotlight from them so I don't mind I suppose. My face is pretty ugly, squint, blurriness, my jaw doesn't look right, slanted face that people assume that I have had a stroke on one side of my body.
 
I am running, lifting, taking only cold showers. BF below 10 %.

Never visiting any doctors and eating a lot, but reasonably healthy.

But my shitty genes and mental issues make me look pretty bad, even though Iam physically ok.

Take care of your body guys. Our mind is undertaking a huge challenge in this shitty world and you need your body to rely on.

My genetics are actually really good for health tbh. I'm very unhealthy because of my lifestyle (I smoke so my lungs are bad and eat a lot while also not eating for large chunks of time) but I would be way worse off if my genetics weren't as good.
 
i control what i can but my mind ruins the rest (chronic sleep deprivation)

honestly being in good shape has never done anything for me
 
I'm not that bad apart from minor stuff.

The biggest Chadlite I know has tons of problems (stomach especially, but tons of other stuff).

Sometimes my knees and feet hurt from working and i can have a harder time walking. Not the best diet, involving a lot of red meat and processed food. I eat candy every weekend and drink beer/cider.
 
I'm clean from all drugs and eat quiet healthy. Sometimes I tend to relapse on sugar/gluten trash food though then I feel like shit for a day or 2.

Eating healhy, trying to move my ass a little every day, not doing any drugs. I would say yes, but I don't know what the standard of "healthy" really is. If I went to the doctor they would probably find some shit which is why I avoid it.
 
I eat healthy, walk a few miles everyday, but it doesn't matter. No amount of exercise or eating vegetables will fix your face

I doubt its healthy tbh. I do fast for long periods of time though when I do. I'll go a day or 2 without eating anything and then I binge on only yams or candy or some shit like that.

I gymcel but i'm such a lazy fuck + high inhib so I don't go any where near as much as I should. My diet has improved a lot in the last 2 years though.

I hope you drink at least water during the fasting days
on the binge days, maybe have some fruits or vegetables between 2 snacks, and you are set

The yams are probably not too bad but the candy is. Also i never drink water lmao. I also smoke weed so I'm sure I'm mega dehydrated.

i m the healthiest person i know. I have never taken any drugs. The only drug i take very rarely is alcohol only when i m on a date so that the female doesnt discriminate me

I stopped working out for years but used to gymcel a lot. My lungs might not be that healthy because I used to smoke a lot of weed, now I only vape. I also take prescription drugs and have a high heart rate. My diet is good so I'm thin at least.

You can fix it youself without paying for surgery.

I actually did it when i got kicked out as it was causing me pain when i was walking so i said fuck it and bought a small pair of scissors and cut my toe nail similar to the y= e^x curve, lots of blood and pain but it saved me 60 dollars i didn't have to spend at the time.
