Yeah I thought that might complicate it XDD

That's why I added that bit at the end that I mean taking time to specifically wash your hands.

I guess that complicates it and means that this is not a very scientific poll XD

Maybe I'll make another about sanitiser specifically as maybe that's a better measure.

Probably more often than most people. Always before preparing and eating food and after eating it for a start, then after doing any cleaning, even small tasks that don't get my hands too dirty.

I'm starting to... not wash my hands before eating, lol

DEFINITELY if I'm not eating with my hands.

Because it takes time and my immune system needs practice anyway. Surely unless my hands are clearly dirty, the amount of bacteria is far closer to the ideal amount to train up my immune system than the amount to actually threaten my wellbeing.

But idk maybe I'm wrong, lol
