it happens at least once a week on top of a general low mood, but usually a lot more often. i had an especcially nasty one last night when for the first time i dreamed i got rejected by my oneitis. i was acting very irate and loud (probably my frustration manifesting itself) and then i started following her to track her down. i stopped her and asked to go out and she said something to the effect that she was already seeing someone. then i woke up and realised what had happened and that i can't even escape reality in my dreams. i got extremely sad and i am still feeling the effects of it now. srs if i have one more of these fucking dreams it will tip me over the edge and i will rope because obviously it's not worth going on if the world is going to abuse and torment you all the time.

I mean it depends on what you classify as a breakdown because in some respects I get them daily. I am basically non functional as a human being though so really my life is one long breakdown.
