I live in a houseshare but I feel like at least for me personally my life would be a lot worse if I lived alone.

A lot. I live in a first world country as a borderline NEET in pretty comfortable conditions. If I were transported to a third world country and had to work some shitty job endlessly for minimal pay, my life would be far worse.

i am practically (to a degree) already that dude and what even u mean by entertain yourself?
Only thing than gives me real hope in life is the fact that i would be dead one day and i work on daily to drop dead at 60 or sooner (50<)

I doubt it, since you are still able to type here, but elaborate on your condition.
Almost every cope I have involves using my limbs. I wouldn't be able to type here or play video games if I couldn't use my arms, for instance.

Life can always get way worse even if you were born blind and deaf with no limbs, there are still tons of way for God too make your life even worse.
