I put quite a lot of effort in it, because it's my entire life. I am basically constantly at my laptop if I am not working or sleeping.

i put the same effort into everything just enough to keep things functional

I have been doing random upgrades recently but I'm not sure exactly what's fuelling it. I think things just keep failing lol

I replaced my keyboard I guess that's because the old one was sticking. I eat at the PC. XD

I replaced the speakers because my old ones were ancient and kept cutting out.

I replaced the monitor because the old one was also very old and kept flickering. It was also only 22".

I used a kvm switch to set up a Mac Mini as a second machine so I could play Roblox as it doesn't play on Linux.

And other small replacements or upgrades here and there. Hopefully things will stop breaking now at least for a while!

I put money into it but not much work other than building it.

My setup is the same as it was 6 years ago, excluding my monitor.

I used to go overboard with hardware years ago but now... idk. I mostly just want it to work.

Same with Linux! I used to spend ages tinkering with the OS but now I mainly want it to function day-to-day.

just download waydroid or sober. imo. that is the easiest way.

My tech set up is my laptop and an old ass mouse

Barely any my PC is 9 years old

I guess I didn't want to do anything that Roblox might flag as suspicious (like me being a hacker or something) and result in a ban.

Plus it's nice to have solid performance! And I wanted to try a Mac too. Turns out they're... very odd.

Between "enough to keep it functional" and "I go a bit overboard.

I would go WAY overboard because I get super autistic about it to the point that it exhausts me a lot, but I have learned to control myself.

Sober has been stable for me. Have been using it for a year.

since I've stopped playing video games due to old age, it's no longer essential to worry about upgrading computers

I did lots of research when i was building it and a lot of money but since it was build i have done nothing for it
