When it comes to something like gaining weight, it is very easy if you eat consistently above your TDEE every day. You keep making posts about weight gain and how much would you gain if you ate x amount per day or week. Have you tried to do it yet?

i was in full LDAR mode for a few years and slept 20 hours a day all the while eating nothing but fast food. got diabetes, would not recommend
