Obviously, that depends on the services you provide and the skills you have.
But, assuming an average skillset being able to do... average stuff. Idk, web development let's say.
I'd be willing to learn the skills needed, but I think that if I were to compete with guys from India which are content with making ~$300 a month, then I might as well just stick with my day job, since that's how much I'm making now anyway.
