I think you could get something pretty decent second hand. It all depends on the local sites in your area.

Especially if you don't mind lowering graphical settings/resolution.

I've been a poorcel my entire life, and I always had to resort to lowering resolution below native, and play games on a mixture of Low-Medium settings. But it's fine. It's doable.

But you want to buy it all prebuilt? I thought you were going to purchase it piece by piece and assemble it yourself. This is the most cost effective manner.

If you buy it prebuilt, you will lose value.

Depends on the games you want to play. If you wanna play Microsoft Flight Simulator then will you need a high end PC and if you wanna play unmodded Minecraft then you can play it on almost every cheap gaming PC

Rtx 2060
16gb ram
Water cooler
Ryzen 7 3700x
240hz monitor.

So if you are in USA you probably need less than $3000 to build a decent PC from scratch.
