Wanting to build a good pc. Advise?

I need to create a good gaming pc. My requirements are that I can do a lot of heavy tasks at the same time, like video editing, website building, making codes etc., while the computer can also run any heavy game and is mod friendly. Those are my exact requirements for my PC.

I have no knowledge whatsoever about PCs. If some brocels could help me out build a kickass PC, I would really love that

I am willing to spend between 4 to 5k euros. I know prices for certain components have skyrocketed due to supply and demand mechanics. I will wait for a few months minimum to see how the price fluctuates

This. Also you make sure you have enough money left over for peripherals: headphones, mouse, screen, etc...

I think with 5k he prob wont even need to spend more than 2k for an excellent setup, Although i think getting crazy setups is cope, Get a Low-Mid End pc, a good monitor etc and your skill should handle the rest.
If youre rich get urself a high end pc tho

buy the most expensive parts like ram cpu gpu second hand

high end i would recommend

14900k (motherboard has to be lga 1700)
4080 super

if you can afford the new cpus & gpus, then this it is your choice to make on whether you want them, i would get an amd x3d cpu with the 9070 xt or the 5070 ti/5080

the last time i checked second hand cudimm prices they were cheaper than expo + xmp ram because they were xmp only despite intel being very capable

What is the app that you use mostly, you can lookup the specs needed for it and build it around that.
