I have an addiction to daydreaming since i was 14, what is known as maladaptive daydreaming
Nowdays, as a NEET, i spend aroung 4-5 hours a day daydreaming. Back in HS i used to have 4-5 hours in school days and 8 hours on weekends. I needed to cope too much.

i have been doing it since i was 14

yeah i rot in my room all day and always daze and daydream, especially if someone is talking to me. Have zero interest in anything anyone else has to say

We're all living the same life man. I spent my entire childhood and adolescence daydreaming.

Stop as soon as you can and do anything tangible in the real world if you can

Just do what you want to even if it comes with a cost as at least you’ll die doing what you wanted

I guess we all do , but i never did that for 5 hours straight, that's a huge level of day dreaming.

Being an incel with a very short stack of friend or no friends at all will push us to day dreaming, self talking, or even a combination of both at the same time: Day dreaming and speaking outloud the conversation in your day dream

i use other distractions to steer me from daydreaming because i couldn’t bear the gut wrenching sensation of despair & anguish that comes after it

I spend way too much time doing this

not actually straight, different sessions which in total are 5 hours

yeah is a shitty adiction, great part from my life has been just my imagination

Day dreaming is at least nice.

Procrastinating is suifuel.

Quite often, it's fun to imagine what could be.

All the time. I’ve been daydreaming about being superpowered like Homelander and able to rip people apart and laser them

Daydreaming doesn't work for me anymore post psychotic recovery

All throughout my high school years, at home I would do nothing. I would study then just stare at the wall for hours daydreaming. An hour would go by and I wouldn't even realise
