I'm 28 going on 29 I started working warehouses at 18 and have been fired from every temp job ive ever had lmao. all due to attendance, I never got in any fights or anything like that. Mostly due to not wanting to have a criminal record since I figure that would only make finding other shit jobs much harder. But yeah man I hate working, it's always the same shit. People gossiping about me and trying to get me fired or to quit.... How many jobs has your looks cost you?

The only employment I've been able to tolerate is a part time night gig as a janitor and that's only because I'm usually there alone so I can at least work in peace. But of course the pay isn't very good just enough for a cope here and there once in a while.

Yeah I live in the Midwest USA, Indiana specifically... Manual labor jobs are a dime a dozen here. I suppose that's how I managed to get over 10 on them lol

Poor mental health, i get depressed with the idea that I'm stuck doing the same thing day in and day out.Being in the same building hour after hour, the never ending work I could give a shit about... It's maddening to me. I also stand out because of my looks, I usually last a few months to half a year at most before I start calling off work and eventually get let go due to bad attandance.

To me it did because it's the reason choose to emotionally torment me until I eventually quit. Why doesn't anyone else get the se treatment?

If you can't do your job in peace then imo, they forced you out. It shouldn't be expected that your ok with getting emotionally abused at work imo... At least here in America.

I know abroad it's much different particularly in less developed countries but also in over developed countries that work you to death like Japan or south Korea.

Countless job attempts before I got into IT which still allows ugly men. I did get filtered by HR even for dev jobs but then I got a foid-free interview. Now I could get work from home jobs so I'll probably be fine, unless I break down mentally and attempt suicide that is. I don't make good money either but that's to be expected since I'm genetic trash and was a NEET for years.

Only one. I've told the story before though. I decided to start a door to door sales position which, if i could get even an okay number of sales, could get me bumped up to a six figure consulting position within a year's time. Every day I went out there in the snow and rain knocking on the doors of complete strangers and getting the cops called on me at least once a month. But I wanted to persevere because I wanted that consulting position and to be financially secure. But, no matter what I did I couldn't make any sales at all. I thought, "it must just be that my pitch is bad, so I should improve my pitch!" So I did. I constantly would demonstrate my pitch to my manager and ask for any tips. Eventually it got to the point where my pitch was so good he said it "gave him chills"(in a good way). But yet I still couldn't make even a single sale. Then some blonde chad joins a couple months after me and just starts making sales hand over fist without even trying. Within a couple months of him making good sales they bumped him up to a six figure consulting position. Meanwhile I had yet to make even one sale. Everyone else around me was making sales but despite the fact that my pitch was the best it possibly could be according to my boss, i still got nothing.

It was then that I realized there was just nothing I could do. I tried everything I could to improve, Implemented whatever advice people gave me, but I got nothing while the handsome guy got everything with minimal effort. I eventually quit after the boss threatened to fire me for not making sales, and I still didn't make any sales that week.

IT will never touch this shit because they want to assume that we're all just people who never tried or never put effort in.

I work retail, and the jobs available for me in this shit town is that, warehouse, and fast food when it comes to things I’m qualified for.

Too many to count. I got hired in my current position because they were desperate, tbh, and miraculously, virtually no one applied. But in the past? Too many to list them all, but two come to mind where my appearance clearly was a factor:

A science position. Three interviewers, all foids. I thought I had it in the bag, and they preferred to bring in a foid from out of state, with less experience than me, to fill the position
Another science relate position. Interviewers were five people - two foids, an older black guy, a tradcuck looking boomer guy, and a guy slightly older than me (early 40s or so). They had just interviewed another applicant before me and I saw him: a Chadlite in his mid-20s. As the office asked visitors to list their names, I saw his name and found him on Linkedin -- less experienced than me but went to a better school, and his looks helped a lot as well.

Man to put it bluntly they suck. Either it's mind numbingly repetitive work or it's that and also physically demanding depending on top of it. The biggest factor is what the warehouse produces. I've been to warehouses that you stand on a conveyor belt all day or work with those machines that can roll you up into them if your not careful. Not to mention it's always gonna be noisy as well with machines and forklifts.

Then of course you gotta deal with the people and let me tell you warehouse workers are a different breed. Some might have a criminal record so they work their because it's one of the few jobs they can get, you'll also probably run into many undocumented immigrants as well.

They usually leave the more demanding work for the guys, some bs if you ask me... Dude if I was you I'd stay in retail or find a way to leave your crap town. Honestly I'd rather eat a bullet then work another day at a depressing warehouse, even the buildings look dead, big grey colerless souless Business. Designed to make money nothing more.

I've seen the kind of towns your talking about and their deadends with little jobs to offer so people take what they can get which is usually crappy as fuck. Good luck friend, keep me updated on what you decide to do. It's a cutthroat world for sure..

If you work in the collective there will always be a tension. This feeling that normies don't want you to be near them. This lowers the quality of the job since you're always at tense and experience psychological stress.
