I think you can truly be sure that you are trucel when you asked out so many foids and got rejected every damn time over and over again
I have to be either severely intoxicated or under the influence of benzos to ever muster the social courage to actually initiate an approach and subsequent interpersonal engagement. For me, this is the biggest impediment to ascending as I'm reasonably confident that if I could just get past the banal social banter which suffices as perfunctory in all interactions with foids, a woman might conceivably find me to be sufficiently intelligent and articulate to warrant greater attention.

Alcoholmaxxing is not a long-term sustainable strategy as it has too many deleterious effects on your health. Likewise, my job requires a high level of executive functioning and analytical reasoning which would be entirely nullified by the effects of intoxication. I do take xanax selectively and it does help mitigate social anxiety but it is often inadequate to compensate for me constitutional inability to engage conventionally with foids.
