I've been on the keto diet for 3 months and my subhuman metabolism has only burned 11 lbs. I'm still subhuman with bloated face.

What kinds of things do you eat there?

I've been on keto diet probably for 4? years. Or 5. I can't even remember anymore. I don't do it to lose weight though, it has other benefits.

Did fasting in my late teens to lose some excess weight, which i regret now since i wasn't even overweight but normal. I didn't eat anything, only drank water for 7 days and lost about 10 kilos, maybe a bit more

Does it cure acne and reduce facial inflammation?

Do you exercise? It could be dangerous due to muscle loss.

What does it feel like to starve?

No, i didn't. Just lost fat. In my case it was completely unnecessary, If you are overweight though and looking for a way, this is one effective and fast way. Just have to worry about the jojo effect later on. Eat light after fasting.

I've been on and off carnivore for 1 - 2 years

Were you leaving home while you were starving?

Sometimes my mouth feels very sweet.

Do you eat fruit and honey?
Yes, both. Although if I eat too much fruit I feel a bit sick in the stomach.
I try not to have too much honey though, just on the occasion if I am mixing raw egg yolks in milk.

I wasn't starving, i was fasting at the time. The human body can go without food for 40 days in most cases. Our ancestors did not have food very day. I did go out but i did not do any hard labor. Hard labor is a bad idea with this fasting method.

Do you eat raw meat? Sometimes I leave the meat almost raw. Did the carnivore diet give you many benefits?

Is this the Omad diet?

Is this the Omad diet?
No, this is the kind of diet you don't eat for multiple days. Though i have to say, i have been unconsciously on the omad diet for most of my life. That's what being poor and a addict gets you to.

Yes, although I don't eat as much raw meat now as before as I cannot afford to get the high grade beef.
The only real raw meat I have now is sashimi but that is from restaurants twice per week. The owners of the restaurant have to drive 1h30m every morning one way to the fish market.
It's such a hassle so i'd rather just get lower grade and cook it.

But yes so many benefits were a result of the diet. Legit everything about you physically and mentally is improved. I could list off micro topics for days.

You have a lot of stamina. I couldn't stand the hunger.

40 days? Are you Jesus? 5-10 days probably depending on body mass

As i said after the third day max, you are in complete Ketosis. Your body gets nutrition from your fat - starting with internal fat on your organ, then outer fat, and then gets to muscles. I didn't feel any hunger after the third day, only appetite. Most of our ancestors were starving for the whole of human history. We just forgot how that is.

The average human body can survive 1-2 months without food when not stressed with hard labor... I didn't do 40 days. I did 7 only.

currently just on a calorie deficit, seeing decent results from it

Do you train? Do you feel much less pain after training?

I once tried Omad but I couldn't stand the headaches....

Hmmm ok. So basically in hibernation mode. Sitting and sleeping

I'm actually leanmaxxing

Training and diet?
yeh

I'm close to seeing my abs but that last 2 or 3% of fat before ascending is the most difficult to burn

It's so fucking hard to lose weight.

I think the skinnier you are, the harder it is to burn fat, ironically.

Losing 11 pounds is still good

I'm sedentary and don't exercise, and my schedule is a mess. I also take SSRIs, which is why I haven't lost much weight.

On keto they force you to consume a lot of salt
Yeah I’m sure I got high blood pressure from that diet so I stopped

Now I’m just clean bulk+strength maxxin

I'm very sedentary
That's not your fault, I don't want to step outside either. One thing I tend to do is pace around a lot indoors though where nobody can look at me

I'm sedentary
U think that’s y u lost only 11lbs in 3 months?

Doing some sort of cardiovascular activity should boot up your metabolism unless it’s really that bad as a foids metabolism

Yes, but I've stopped going to the gym after I realised the negative effects it was causing me. I got incredibly bad eye bags which enhanced my bulgy eyes due to the necessary stress that my body was enduring. I also looked so fatigued constantly even though I was sleeping 9 hours per night. I also have injuries from the gym that I will probably never fully recover from - such as my rotator cuffs in my shoulder, I can't even through a stone anymore, or do the flips I used to.

Please, if you have been going to the gym for years, stop for 2 months and feel the difference. You mental state increases, you feel physically better, it's almost life changing. I was such a slave to society for believing the gym was beneficial.

I only do 10 minutes of exercise at home.
