How long till antidepressants start working?

Sertraline is not doing anything for me so far. Im only taking 25mg a day. How long did it take for you guys to start getting positive changes. Loss of libido is real though. haven’t jerked off in like a week.

3-4 weeks initially, 25mg is a low dose though, just tell the doctor who prescribed it, it started working for me around 75mg daily

25mg probably won't make much difference. I went to 50mg after 4 weeks but took another month to make a difference.
I am on Lexapro now and haven't had any positive effects in 4 weeks.

These pills literally just sedate you with horrifying long-lasting consequences and pharmacists enrich themselves off your suffering. I think I would rather die than be forced to take any prescribed antidepressants... Just the sheer thought of forcing my brain to think one way because of some chemicals I was forced to take, seems incredibly grim.
