how long r u even allowed to hold eye contact with a foid?

i'm about to get a j*b soon & i have been going outside lately to desensitize myself irl, so i don't get panic attacks around normies and foids when i have to go to work every day. yesterday i held eye contact with a foid in the train for like 1-2seconds max but she looked away in an annoying manner, as if i broke some social rule.

are truecels actually not allowed to hold any eye contact with foids? are we only allowed to look at them when they don't notice it? normies constantly say that eye contact with any sort of stranger irl is completely normal, and sometimes even expected when u greet each other but i mostly experience negative things out of eye contact. even my old therapist told me eyecontactmaxxing is a must-do for people with social anxiety. how long r u supposed to look at foids? only one glimpse?? presuming u regularly go outside, how do u guys manage that? or don't u care when foids are mad that u look at them?

Same here, working with young, attractive foids is a challenge, I can't stare for long, given my appearance she'll assume I'm attacking her.

That happsn to me, with every woman apart from the ones in my family, I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Its like women have a feeling about me, all of them are connected like a hive mind.
