China has not been growing for a long time, on the contrary, their population has been declining for the last three years.
US and West way more doomed because their populations are being replaced and their own women are against their men. Chinese have much greater population than US and can hence afford lower birth rate for a longer time than the US. Plus China is not at risk of native population replacement and cultural collapse through shitskin world invasions.

Authoritarian capitalism works good for profits/crushing industry because there are no human rights and you can maximize human slave labor without anyone saying anything.
China has a large population so a large laborpool by default, they have a crushing dictatorship that no one dares talk about, so they maximize profits and kill it in the economy, they are also doing geopolitical moves across all of South asia, oceania, europe and africa...

In a sense, yes. China has an authoritarian one-party government system which is able to command the economy where it wants. When they correctly command it, they generate great wealth that helps the Chinese people. It is still a very unequal, cutthroat, and corrupt society with a long history of screwing things up for its people.
