I want to gymmaxx this summer to get a good body so I don't have to be ashamed of myself whenever I undress to shower.
Being skinnyfat is way too brutal and how your body looks is completely up to you unlike your face and height, so you could cope with having a nice body.
My main issue with the gym is that my motor skills are beyond awful and I can't follow simple instructions for some reasons, I've tried looking up guides on certain exercises but I doubt that I would be able to do them right and unless you do them right you won't see the desired results which sucks.
Even something as simple as working out is complex for someone like me and it sucks.

Swimming was my favorite exercise because of the easy stretching, variety of ways to work muscles. Haven't swam for a year due to an injury and will move from this house with a pool soon. Never seen a for-profit gym with an indoor pool.

Machines exist for people like you. I prefer free weights but if you're truly too retarded for a barbell then machines are a good alternative.

never learned how to swim despite trying to. That shit is for NT's only tbh. Most CHADs from my college are swimmers too.

Will be living in hotels for a while so might try to swim at those, they're usually not that used, but don't really want to be seen since my injury gave me a hideous scar in addition to other looks ailments. I'm getting exposed to more types of weird living things in natural water and convinced if I swim in a river I'll get some algae infection or flesh eating bacteria.

Thank you. The nadir of my inceldom was the recovery. I asked a doc if the injury would affect potential sexual function and she said that I needn't worry about that. :feelsrope:

There are but the room for error is a lot smaller. You simply sit in the machine and move it. The weights move at a fixed path, there's really not much to fuck up.
 
Gymmaxxing is for normie adjacent.
I cant even imagine showing up in the gym once let alone having to do it 3-5 times a week. You must be very low inhib to go there.
 
Go to a 24 hr gym and go at night when no one's there if you can. I used to do that when I was new.

I've been gymcelling for years and I'm fairly fit. I can do like 19 pull ups on a good day and jog 8 miles

You don't have to be low inhib to go to a gym since no one is going to want to talk to you especially at antisocial gyms like anytime fitness
 
Start with calisthenics to learn basic motor skills, then do weights

Or if you can't be bothered to learn just do machines at the gym
