1. Declare incels as a marginalized, suppressed, exploited, victimized, discriminated, harassed and underprivileged global minority.

2. To gain more influence and sympathy women identifying as femcels will be temporary included in the movement. Lesser looking men doesn't appeal to the masses, so this will be a marketing ploy.

3. Lobbyism and funding to start massive anti-lookism campaigns, lookism will join racism as the virtuous causes to fight.

4. Once incels is a protected group it's time to mass-recruit ethnicels for numbers and ensure male dominance by virtue av religious and cultural considerations.

5. Enjoy entertainment as chads get cancelled and women will feel inclined to reject you politely.

There are way more average to lesser looking men than homosexual men, as such there is an untapped (pun not intended) potential here. Besides, victimhood is proven to be successful political tool and incels have plenty of it.
