How INCELS are portrayed in modern movies / series

I recently found this series on Netflix called "Close to Home, Murder in the Coalfields". It is a german crime series naturally with the main protagonist being a strong and independent woman, but this is not the object of this thread.

The murderer (the bad guy) however is an INCEL. Have you guys observed that INCELS are portrayed in modern movies commonly as antagonists? It's not even a racist bigoted conservative anymore, just plain old INCELS.
