How I quit my constant hand washing

I just don’t give a fuck anymore.

That is how I quit washing my hands all the time. I just don’t care anymore.

I am ready to die. I am not suicidal. But if I die, it doesn’t matter.

42 years old and never been kissed. Inceldom has worn down my will to live.

Nothing matters.

We have never been in contact with our relatives.

Well, my early years were great. I had a lot of friends.
As the years went on, I became more and more isolated.
By high school, I was a ghost.

But at least I have a good family. So I guess it was not as bad as some peoples childhoods.

I became a ghost by the age of 15, and at 23 I am a complete outcast. I was wondering what your life was like in your 20s / 30s. I think I might have the same future.

By constant hand washing do you mean OCD?
Or are you just going to stop washing your hands entirely but you used to wash your hands a healthy amount?
Also what were your 20's and 30's like, the way you briefly described your teens/highschool sounds like me and all I have on the horizon for myself is inceldom.
