As for why Iran doesn't have them, I believe it only has 60% uranium enrichment purity while 90% is required. It is also a part of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty so it getting nukes would be illegal I believe? I've also heard Israel threatened to use nuclear weapons on Iran if the USA didn't take out their nuclear capabilities, but idk the validity of that.
