How good does your face have to be to get Tinder matches from 4/10+ girls in your area?

I left out my 5'6 height from my Tinder profile, yet still only got like 2 matches from noodlewhores 50 miles away over the course of a month. They didn't respond to my messages.

I want to say height is cope after these results. But I'm guessing that Tinder is a little different from real life. If I was 5'10, perhaps I'd be able to get a 4/10 at some night club if I made the first move.
