Do you work? Eat healthy? Exercise? Maintain some semblance of routine?

Ngl I've been LDAR for the past three years, with sporadic employment, daily goyslop, zero exercise, and no schedule.

Looking to change this, though.

I don't take care of myself but I'd say I'm a handyman. I work on my cars and house.
 
I live normally I'd say, gym everyday, go to university, eat home cooked meals for the most part. But I do love binge eating goyslop whenever I can afford to

I don't live at all and I don't think it's going to change anytime soon, I only get up to piss or abuse antihistamines to sleep. I'm also consuming copious amounts of caffeine which doesn't even give me energy at this point.
 
I stay in my bed all day when im not in college, when im in college i stay in my room
Brutal, are your classes remote at least? Attending lectures was suifuel with all the young pretty femoids around me (frat chad only ofc) :feelsrope:

Relatable tbh. Feel like my liver is on the verge of collapse so it's particularly sustainable anymore :cryfeels:
 
I am functional to the point where I am not overdoing it and making myself exhaust
 
Normal diet, not too healthy but also not extremely unhealthy, go to the gym 4-6 times a week, after i'm done with work and gym i usually cope with YouTube, Dragon Ball or .is
 
I'm trying. Every time I start my day or month well and then fear, anxiety, isolation destroy that small amount of motivation. Chad reaps benefits of every interaction let alone productive work.

Neither really. Just so I don't have to rely on someone else doing it and to save money.
 
I have enough for two more months then i'm living out of the car so i'd say no I am not functional
 
Poor wageslave (never promoted, dead-end job).
Poor routine (I just wake up and do whatever is left unfinished from the previous day)
Poor hygiene ( I only shower if I'm going out).
Poor scheduling ( often miss appointments but not always).
Poor gym habits (haven't gone for 2 months, went every day for 3 months prior, and so on).

I have improved a lot, I used to be nonfunctional.

Used to work, am Neet since January. I exercise. Sleeping is my fav cope.
 
Right now and most of the time, jus laying with my laptop.
 
I cook for myself and my father so mostly yes
 
I work and try to take care of myself
I find it hard to do anything else
 
I work, but I do have some lasting damages and traumas caused by inceldom. My life isn't normie like at all. I have some social anxiety, paranoia and low confidence and self-esteem.

I try my best to eat healthy and exercise, but it's really difficult. I'm a compulsive eater and sometimes lose the battle against laziness and don't exercise on that day.
 
I go through periods of stagnation and improvement. The latter is short lived usually.

Yes 7 years as a wagie, Neet since 2021 and jew nose that ruins my motivation.
 
LDAR full time I can barely stand talking to people or at least the idea of it.
 
Just work which I do from home otherwise it's LDAR
