10.5% body fat according to this calculator, rounding to nearest half inch, adhering to precise Navy tape test protocol. I just so happened to have taken these measurements yesterday to track my cutting progress, and I doubt they're much different now. There's always a margin of error with these things, but just looking at myself in the mirror, I can't see myself being much more than 12% body fat.
