Is it normal to want to commit suicide because you are being forced to go outside?

Idk if I've developed agoraphobia in recent months but anytime I have to even see the outside world while taking out trash or grab mail I have panic attacks and chest pains..

I've been chronicly online and inside for 7 months now.
