Serious How does one build approachmaxx skills

As a major introvert there it is very difficult to talk to other in a public setting, let along foids. I know that my chances will increase if I attempt to approachmaxx rather than stay at home but I don't have the necessary skillset. Is there any way to get past this high level of inhibition?

most of it depends on how you look. the rest is just try to talk clear, maintain a eye contact and talk with confident. all 3 of those are around 30%.
