I'm constantly depressed and it makes me lethargic. I just want to rot in my bed and when I try to be productive, I just feel exhausted. but I'm sure I'm not the only one on here who feels like this. anyone have tips for boosting energy? aside from coffee and energy drinks, obviously.

I wish I was just angry all the time instead of depressed. at least when I go into rage mode I'm actually productive.

I just burned 300 calories on my excersise bike, Went for a walk and burned 300 more calories and 53 more just walking around in my home, I also lifted weights, Now i got nothing but rotting to do after todays workout.

yeah .. I didn't realize being in my 30s would change everything so drastically. I feel geriatric.

Intermittent fasting every 14-16 hours. Eat starch, fiber. DRINK water regularly to stay awake.

I often add caffeine powder, l-theanine to my water, it will help me get into the flow and stay in the flow longer.

You really have to immerse yourself in the work and forget about unimportant things.

If the work is not related to reading specialized documents that require a lot of thinking, I don't see any point in optimizing
