I already went though summer, since I live in the southern hemisphere. I coped by staying inside pretty much all the time, and only going outside to the shops or the gym late at night or early in the morning when no one was around.

Literally get out of my house and live a foid-free life. Go for walks in nature, bike rides down busy city streets, and long sessions sitting in a library, reading books to expand my knowledge, checking out books on the occasion. Maybe get a job and earn some money. Pick up a guitar, buy some music programs, a MIDI keyboard, and a new computer, and maybe actually write music.
