How do you get rid of smells that are attached to you

I stink of whiskey/vodkaish and cigarettes among other smells cologne doesn’t even cut it now how do I smell neutral or just like not like i used to

I don't know, usually if I have a smell, I can get rid of it with a quick shower, or a bit of cologne.
