Imo if you haven't atleast tried to fraud height irl as a manlet(sub5'9 barefoot morning) you aren't actually deeply insecure, you are just aware that it's the cause of some of your problems

Currently in uni I wear 2inch/5cm shoes while the average zoomer wears 1inch/2.5cm shoes that don't look comical so it just looks like average taller shoes

People irl will subconsciously subtract height from taller shoes and the factor of being shorter without them

Id say this has given me +0.4"/1cm for people in real life and +0.2"/0.5cm for the people I'm closest to

Perfect posture while having head tilted down is +1cm

And I tiptoe slightly while having fully arched feet and it doesn't look noticeable at all, +1cm

I'm 3cm taller irl and 2.5cm taller to the people around me compared to my real height

In winter i just wear boots or Timberland with a special sole inside, it gives me a total of like 5cm. Not that it helps much in any aspect of my life besides coping.

In summer, i just don't get out due to brutality. I stay at home alone so i don't do shit.

Wear shoe lifts. So the shoes themselves give you 1.25 inches, then 2 more from the lifts, and u look + feel much taller. Can recommend.
