What is an Incel?
An Incel is a straight virgin male who wants to have sex with a conscious willing humanoid female, typically in a proper relationship, but cannot, not because he doesn't want to or isn't trying, but because of external factors that are preventing him from doing so.
The most common factors would be:
Bad Looks, such as having an ugly face, being fat, being short, or having a deformity.
Where they live. This is typically because of hypergamy in high population, typically left wing urban areas.
Examples of locations that have particularly rampant Inceldom, because of hypergamy caused by Marxist and Left Wing influence and policies that even affect average and above average men in order of worst to least worst:

An interesting factoid would be these are the most promiscuous cities for females, meaning more women are having sex than men.
A Mental Condition. An example of this would be a man with severe autism or other such condition which highly impairs their ability to communicate with others, let alone allow them to form a relationship with a female.
Race. This is a bit of a controversial reason, but someone can also be an Incel because of their race, this can tie into bad looks, and location.
Some examples of being an Incel because of their race would be:
A Man living around women of the same race who have been fed a narrative, through media, television, and general culture, that men of their own race are inferior in some way, and perhaps these women might be more likely to get with an uglier man of another race (Reverse Hypergamy), or someone extraordinarily good looking of their own race (Hypergamy).
This can and does happen with many different races. The most common examples of this happening would be with White, and Asian men. Sadly there seems to be examples of white and asian women who insult their own men, and call them inferior, and would rather date a man of another race than them.
Another reason this may happen ties more into location, while also tying into your race, for example, a mixed or asian man may find a harder time finding a partner, if finding a partner at all, in a predominantly upper class white area, because women in that area have a natural preference towards men of their own race. This is actually natural, and more of a reason not to bring different people into different sexual markets, especially mixed children, because you're just making their life harder, and miserable, sometimes through their very existence.
Money, is one of the biggest factors to why somebody might be an Incel.
Many men who are not economically stable, even if they are average or above average in many other aspects, will not make it very far in the getting a woman department, for obvious reasons.
Women are attracted to resource stability, this can be biologically tracked down to the earliest civilizations and tribes, and lately as it has gotten harder and harder for many men to make a family wage, because women are allowed and encouraged to get into the workforce and go to college, this makes it increasingly more difficult for men to support a family, and increasingly more so in leftist areas, to sometimes get a woman at all.
In some cities, such as Los Angeles, it is becoming increasingly hard for many young men to even get hired minimum wage, let alone get a job at all, barring them completely from the economic front door, and without money, this stops men from being able to support a family, being able to buy a car, move to a better area they might not be Incel in, or perhaps remove a deformity that would help improve their chances with women.
