I listen to those asmr girlfriend audios sometimes and go to the gym but it’s not enough. I need to be held. I need physical touch from anyone. I haven’t felt the hands of someone who loves in my entire life.

I’m so lonely. I truly think loneliness is one of the worst feelings in the entire world.

How do you cope with loneliness?

Replicate the "Equilibrium" movie plot - you don't have a magic pill for it, but you have to be lucky enough to be mentally strong enough to just lose all emotions altogether - or at least limit the effect they have on you. There's no other way for a truecel. Which means, yeah, you're basically brainwashing yourself to be like of the "sigma" movie characters - the term itself is gay (or cringe as normies nowadays tend to say) as fuck, but this method works wonders if you got the mental capability to pull it off.
