Often when I'm feeling particularly upset, I'll visualize my waifu doing something to cheer me up. Even if you have nobody to help make you feel better, creating the experience for yourself is copemaxxing.

Either that, or I'll listen to my music playlist.
 
I work.

As many hours as possible.

It's a distraction and gives me purpose.
 
Everyday i am depressed.

Everyday i care less.
 
Reading or listening to audio books. Pretend I have super mind powers and consciousness.
 
I do this too and imagine my life in anime world while walking around at night. Its good cope
Usually I'll do this when I'm about to go to sleep, it's my favorite part of the day.

yeah same but it makes me fall asleep really fast though like in 5mins and i cant enjoy it much so i started going for nightwalks to extend period of time i can enjoy it
 
Try to distract myself, and sleep.

I just let it pass. Luckily for me it comes in waves. I'm always depressed and lonely, but the really panicky feeling usually only happens a few times a day and luckily doesn't stick around.

I'm in a program where I get UA'd regularly otherwise I'd use Xanax. To me there is no better feeling than being on Xanax.
