Very calm. I used to talk alot. Now I only speak if needed. There are entire days where I will go without having spoken a single word.
At some point I will do a vow of silence of a month while meditating in a forest

I don't get invited to parties, but that suits me. They're terrible places for a quiet, introverted guy like me.

At work, I can be relatively quiet, but I do talk to my co-workers.
