Create a public blockchain where people from across the world can register and vote as a citizen in incelistan. "incelistan" will be the entire world. We then slowly expand incelistan's influence by rewarding citizens that contribute with a currency, or social credit. (ex: by creating a public incel rally, citizens can vote to transfer social credit to you). We will start out with very small influence but overtime as more citizens contribute our influence and sovereignty will be high
