how do users get caught with botting their postcount?

i think its when a new post occurs at exactly the same time maybe?

like if they set up an autoclicker and lets say every 11,3 seconds a new comment gets posted for a few hours straight and then the mods cactch on?

i wonder

If mods told everyone how they catch them. The users using bots to post would make work arounds
