How do some of you noappetitecels go so long without eating without feeling like absolute shit?

It becomes really hard to control my anger if I haven’t eaten all day, and my body starts shaking. I wish I could just eat whenever and whatever and be fine. I’d never have to deal with my annoying family.

I envy niggas that can just eat one or two sandwiches or a single pack of noodles and then stay in bed the entire day. If I could do that then I could stay in bed with my favorite imaginary girlfriends and not be bothered by anyone.

autism sometimes comes with interoception issues - problems recognizing where ur body is in space, bumping into things, things falling out of hand, not recognizing heat or old, or overly sentitive to it.
Same applies to hunger signals and thirst signal.
Personally, I dont feel hunger like at all and thrist. I only notice when I get 2ndardy issues like pain in kidneys and shit.

I found that cigarettes increase my digestion and make me go to the toilet, which in turn increases my hunger
