I made a draft/rough copy of a very cute hentai from Mizone, however my image doesn't really look even similar because of how off everything is, how do hentai artists draw ? I'm drawing with a4 monochrome which is what most manga pages are so that can't be the issue tbh.

Maybe try to draw realistically before trying anything more "stylish". If you can achieve that then drawing like a mangaka would be a piece of cake tbh. And it can also allow you to develop your own style.

I learned from drawing realistically that anime proportions and irl proportions are nothing alike lmao. Hell people like asanagi and shindoL have only a few realistic sketchs. And then it's all anime from there.

They are nothing alike but if you can draw something with realist attributes, proportions, perspetives, etc ... then it will be easier to switch to anime. Most anime artists began with realism tbh. It greatly helps to learn the structure of things (faces, bodies, ...), behavior of objects and how to draw them.

I like to draw too and I might consider trying to make this switch at some point (drawing anime style seems more efficient and quicker, technically speaking) in order to make little stories.

Again realism is just a fancy back door lol. But it has proven to be an efficient way to make progress.
