All the products were discontinued (not available any more, but the page remained on some webstores) or out of stock anyway, probably made illegal. Even silodosin, which is available in several EU countries, is not available/approved in my country.

Even St John's wort is illegal, it used to be sold in pharmacies, but the powers that be made it not available, so all the stores that have it still on their page say that it is out of stock or not available any more.
