There's no one solution. Do something you're socially uncomfortable with every day, no matter how small. Earn more money, preferably through dealing with people in some way. Sign up for some martial arts where you get to get punched in the face when sparring. Join a gym and get bigger and stronger. Buy nicer flashier clothes.
