So i’m on a looksmaxxing quest and if i can’t looksmax and mentalmaxx i’m gona suicidemax. Anyways, i just started gymcelling and there is a very specific look i want. Naturally, i look like a computer science student. I’m a skinny framecel with bad shoulders (5’11) . My biceps/arms are the only thing that looks within normal range. However, i want a certain look. I wanna be have a skinny fashion look and be able to wear and look cool in shit and have a urban vibe. I wanna look like asap rocky or playboy carti when i wear a shirt. I don’t wanna look “sporty” or “alpha” or look like i lift. What muscles should i work out and which ones should i avoid? should i just workout my shoulders and leave my arms and biceps totally alone? Thanks in advances :p

But do you have visible abs?

For the "starved model" look, you need to be at or near single digit bf%. The 12-15% bf "soft skinny" look will not cut it, and definitely not the 15-20% "skinny fat" look.

Do a basic thrice a week full body beginner lifting routine and get on a 500-1000 calorie deficit. You'll get there.
 
chest, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders and abs. leg training is not that important.
