How do I get motivation to escape inceldom?

Ok lol I know guys I told you I quit weed like 3-4 times already but I always kept coming back and smoking it.. Yesterday I smoked 1G in 2 hours and said "fuck it this is gonna be my last"... Today I didn't buy anything but it will be hard as fuck to fall asleep for me.. My next step would be get a job and that's the most important thing but I am so unmotivated.. I want to go to Thailand, I want surgeries and I want crypto invest and I can do all that if I try.. I know I can but I am so unmotivated that I didn't even look up any jobs even tho I wanted to get a job 2 fucking months ago... How do you get motivated to find a job?

how old are you. im 26 and can remember being 16 like it was yesterday..the mistakes arent what haunt me..its the missed opportunities and the inaction that fill me with a painful regret..every.day. im under 30 though so it still aint completely over, but far from ideal.

get a job or find some way to make money asap. save. then travel. fuck bitches. rinse and repeat.

far from it actually. it may seem normie-ish because its popular on social media because of a minority.. because most people are not doing it and are stuck..for multiple reasons like family.

most of my highschool friends are in ltr's now, married, kids, mortgage, wageslaving. just from observing even my family nobody is happy in marriage/traditional shit.

 not saying im better. but that that shit doesnt make anyone happy. so i learn from it. its a scam. governments want to keep their citizens from migrating/traveling. i could go on and on.
