Based on what you are studying since you are also 19, take very low/entry-level roles that are focused around the certain industry; internships/apprenticeship might be harder so it's fine if you don't manage to get one in the meantime but constantly look for them, but even loosely-related roles should be enough to build a solid CV and enough experience for you to land around a medium-level role in a company after some time.

Unless you already no longer in education, then it's just best to stay loyal to one decent company and slowly climb up the ranks; it's gonna be hard when you'll get compared to either better people, or people well-connected but it'll eventually put you in a decent role. If you aren't non-NT, try to be as low inhib as possible but somewhat respectful with your peers, but more importantly your superiors and befriend them(always think of them as somewhat your superior even while friendly); it's not guaranteed to put you in considerations for promotions but it'll help keep you in mind, among general good performance.
