I am talking about increasing overall muscle mass. To look bigg in the mirror and size mogg everyone.
If possible is there any wat to increase bone density and size ? I am not saying particular bone just saying what arethe nutrient sources for bone growth and the legitimacy of Wolf's law.
Researccels please help out. I cant keep coping with gymcelling without getting buffed.
 
How old are you? If <18 get yourself some HGH. Otherwise it's probably over as far as bone mass. Get some steroids.

I begged my parents for HGH when I was young little did they listen. And wanna hear the worst part they still call me short, small etc.

This is the worst part before 18 we need our parents to do the processes that will help us in the future but their bluepilled view fuck all up, I talked with my parents a lot when I was younger to help to go see a doctor to make a check in my hormones to see my muscle growth and balding problem in the future, they never listened now their son is a balding framelet that will never give them grandchildren.
 
Roids. Don't wait until you're 21 to take them. You can easily buy them on the hidden markets.
 
you need good genetics which result in faster myonuclei expansion if you wish to get bigger at at quicker rate.

If you're not eating enough to gain 0.15-0.25 kilograms per week and training each muscle group near concentric failure 2-3 times a week, do that. Gaining muscle is a slow process, especially without steroids. You'll need two to three years of consistent intelligently placed effort to look like you lift.

Yup. Just go back in time to your child hood, drink a fuckload of milk (make sure your mother was breastfeeding you in the beginning) and just come back with like 3% more bone density.

In other words, get better genes.

raw milk, raw eggs and lots of meat combined with carbs to spike your insulin which leads to growth

They do, just not to the level men think they need. A pretty accurate rule I came across is that women like men to be "muscular" like Brad Pitt in Fight Club, whereas men think the ideal look is peak Vin Diesel.

This is all broscience, but I've been lifting for over a decade now. If all you want is impressive mass then for upper body shoot for a rep range of 10-14 and legs 16-20. Don't skip compound exercises, but for impressive size isolated exercises like curls, skullcrushers, and etc. will be your friend. I wouldn't recommend bodybuilding cutting/bulking as it complicates things and you probably don't intend on competing anyway, but you can look a lot "larger" just by way of being lower body fat, what this translates to diet wise is eating with common sense(you probably already know what you should and shouldn't be eating), but one useful nutrition rule is you want 1 gram of protein for every pound of weight(adjust for how fat you are). Just read that you already gym-cope, if you want to post your workout routine I could review. Also creatine is a legit supplement and the only one worth taking really.



This dude was busted for steroid use if I remember from my days of following MMA.

If salvageable genes then eat alot, sleep alot, work out alot. Do roids to get there faster and look better.
